Clarity requires space.
Helping founders & creators build what they're uniquely here to build.
We live in a noisy world.
It constantly tells you who to be, what to chase, and what success is supposed to look like. Somewhere in that noise, a lot of capable people lose touch with what they actually want — and start building around what looks successful instead.
This work starts by clearing that noise — so you can hear your own voice again.
Maybe this sounds like you.
You already have something in motion. What matters more than where you're starting is how you're wired: curious, high-agency, and ready to own what happens next. I'm not looking to rescue anyone. I'm looking for people to think with.
You'll probably recognize yourself here
- You're already taking action, but you want your effort to become focused momentum.
- You care about building something meaningful, not just fast money.
- You're ambitious enough to know you're capable of more, and humble enough to question how you'll get there.
- You're willing to own the decisions we make together and do the work to bring them to life.
- You're at a plateau, transition, or genuine inflection point.
- You know you're worth more than what you're currently charging.
- You care as much about the life your business creates as the business itself.
And this probably isn't the right moment
- You want someone to do the thinking for you.
- You're hoping for a copy-and-paste blueprint.
- You want quick answers without testing anything.
- You're more interested in discussing strategy than executing it.
- You're looking to copy someone else's business instead of building yours.
From scattered to sequenced.
- Scattered and overwhelmed
- Unclear positioning
- Underpaid, under-recognized
- Far from the life you're building toward
- Clear, grounded, and confident in the next move
- Equipped with a practical plan
- Reconnected to the larger vision
- Clear on what to stop doing
Ideas I keep returning to.
This is closer to how a conversation with me actually goes than any framework could be.
Our experiences reveal our path — the highs, lows, and recurring interests point toward what we're here to build.
Clarity requires space. Distance from noise is part of thinking clearly, not avoiding the work.
Strategy is subtraction. The answer is rarely ten more tasks — it's removing what dilutes your attention.
Sequencing changes everything. The right move at the wrong time is still the wrong move.
Think for yourself, but don't build alone. Independent thinking is essential — isolation is not.
The business should support the life. Growth that pulls you further from the life you want isn't growth.
I diagnose before I prescribe.
Before we talk about solutions, we slow down long enough to understand the situation clearly. Better questions lead to better decisions, and better decisions compound over time.
You're not buying a framework. You're buying judgment — someone who can sit inside the mess of your business with you and find the thing that actually matters.
I don't pretend to have all the answers. I just ask better questions.
Most of the founders I work with aren't missing intelligence or effort. They're too close to their own business to see it clearly — which is true for almost all of us, about our own lives.
So I ask a lot of questions before I offer a single opinion. I listen for the pattern underneath what someone's telling me, the assumption nobody's questioned yet, the real problem hiding behind the one they walked in with.
My goal was never to hand you a plan and disappear. It's to help you think more clearly — so that six months from now, without me in the room, you're still making better decisions.

A little about me.

I care about this work because I've lived both sides of it — the version of success that looks impressive from the outside, and the version that actually feels like mine. I'd rather help you build the second one.
What I've noticed, in my own life and everyone else's, is that most people aren't short on ambition. They're short on space — the room to hear what they actually want, underneath everyone else's definition of success.
That's what most of our conversations end up being about — not just your offer or your pricing, but whether the business you're building is actually the one you want to be living inside of.
I've had the opportunity to learn inside places like UCLA, CAA, Warner Bros., and Twentieth Century Fox before founding Global Dream Team. They shaped how I think. But they're not why people choose to work with me. The real value is in the conversations we have and the decisions we make together.

Think for yourself, but don't build alone.
